Refund Policy (non-magazine items)
This policy only covers non-magazine items purchased from the Flytribemagazine website's online shop.
Returns

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Approval returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost.

Sale items, giveaways, or promotional items are not refundable.

Some items that are indicated on the item listing are not returnable.
Items must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
Exchange

If you would like a size different than the one you ordered, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is subject to availability.

Refund Policy (Magazines)
Digital

Digital Subscribers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their subscription and/or the start of their annual automatic renewal date.

Subscribers canceling their Print subscription will not automatically renew, and access will expire on the last day of the plan.

If you want to cancel your subscription immediately for a prorated refund, please get in touch with our customer service at customerservice@flytribemagazine.com.

Refunds will be reflected within 10 business days on the card used to purchase the subscription.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Information

We do not offer expedited delivery and cannot refund shipping fees once the order has shipped.
Store Items - Shipping Times

United States: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.

International: Please allow 5-7 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.
Magazine Subscription - Shipping Times

The magazine is shipped every two (2) months on a bi-monthly basis.

Shipping usually starts in the middle or end of that month. Sometimes, we run into printing or shipping delays, which can extend this time.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Please email customerservice@flytribemagazine.com to have your subscription cancelled.
Subscription cancellations take 2 weeks to cancel.
Subscriptions older than 2 months are nonrefundable.
International customers attempting to buy a U.S. subscription may have their subscription terminated at any time, with refunds issued for their orders. International customers are required to select the appropriate subscription and corresponding rate."
